At VYRO, we want to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location, and are provided at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
VYRO is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience if a delay occurs.
International Shipping
If we ship internationally, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your destination country. VYRO is not responsible for these charges — they are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or Stolen Packages
VYRO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim.
