Refund policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. VYRO does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully — including sizing, color, and quantity — before completing checkout, as we are unable to make changes once an order has been submitted. 

Damaged or Defective Items
The only exception to this policy is if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case, please contact us at hello@vyromvmnt.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it, as orders begin processing quickly to get your gear to you as fast as possible.
